Phil and Claire worry about the amount of time their family spends using electronic devices, and declare a competition to see who can go the longest without gadgets. Meanwhile, Mitch and Cam find it difficult to enroll Lily in a good pre-school, and Gloria gets violently angry about a neighbor's constantly barking dog.
