A large terraced house in Earlsfield in London, ancient woodland in Eythorne in Kent and a building housing six flats in Tonypandy in Wales are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Dion and Martel meet the new owners and hear their plans, which range from creating a family home for themselves to extending a school and renovating for the rental market.
