A semi in Mottingham in London, a detached house in Littleover in Derby and a terrace in Dover in Kent are all renovated to a very high standard. The difference is the time taken to complete the work, which run from under a week to more than two and a half years. Martin, Dion and Martel keep an eye on progress.
