Its Terry Knowles' funeral and the officers at Sun Hill are still reeling from the news, Des is blaming himself as Knowles was acting as Des would, attempting to get the lady's number. Following the service the television news reconstruct the murder but when the director makes a comment about Knowles flirting with his killer, Jack Meadows loses his temper. Later on at the wake, Des and Sgt. Gilmore have a punch up as tensions rise.
