When a seventeen year-old girl is found strangled and beaten, her ex-boyfriend shows them a website that the victim used to meet random men. Benson creates a fake user account and finds womanizer Peter Butler, the man who met up with the victim. Stabler and Benson soon find that HIV is being spread due to the countless attacks, which sends them on a hunt for a rapist.
