Abraham Ofinian/Eugene Hoff is a con artist and pedophile using religion as a front to scam innocent victims among his followers. He has fathered an unborn child with twelve year old Melanie in order to steal her inheritance and is on the run with her from the authorities. He is also wanted in connection with the murder of a number of children from his religious flock. It is up to Detective Olivia Benson and the rest of the Special Victim's Unit to bring in Ofinian/Hoff before more tragedy happens.
