Rika's Tokyo Cuisine: Japanese-style Stewed Beef

In this episode, we'll be making Japanese-style beef stew. This simmered dish, beloved the world over, is particularly popular in Japan. Usually, stir-frying the ingredients first and then cooking them over low heat takes a lot of time and effort, but in Rika's hands, it's ready in just a moment's time.
