60 Minutes this Sunday revisits an infamous Tasmanian murder case which has been documented a number of times before, but now convicted killer Sue Neill-Fraser has had a gag order overturned. An Inconvenient WomanPolice in Tasmania never seemed to be in any doubt. When Bob Chappell disappeared from a yacht moored in Hobart's Derwent River on Australia Day in 2009, detectives decided his partner, Sue Neill-Fraser, killed him violently. They came to that conclusion though without finding his body, or a murder weapon. Neill-Fraser denied any involvement in Chappell's death but was convicted of murder and sent to prison. Four years ago, released on parole, she was determined to clear her name by highlighting substantial flaws in the original case against her. But before she could speak publicly, Tasmanian authorities silenced her. Now that ban has been overturned, and Sue Neill-Fraser, now 72, is speaking publicly for the first time. As Amelia Adams reports, after hearing what she has to say, it's easy to understand why she has become such a thorn in the state's justice system: a most inconvenient woman.Reporter: Amelia AdamsProducer: Laura Sparkes
