What was left of Tropical Storm Edouard caused major flooding in Southeast Texas on Wednesday. First responders raced to rescue people trapped by floodwaters, as some areas received nearly 2 feet of rain. Jason Allen reports from the flood zone and Rob Marciano has the forecast. As of Wednesday, there was still no verdict in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy. The jurors went home after a fifth day of deliberations, telling the judge for a second time that they could not decide whether Clancy is criminally responsible for killing her three young children. The judge told them to keep trying.
