Tropical Storm Edouard drenched parts of Texas and Louisiana on Tuesday. The threat intensified very quickly after developing late Monday night out in the Gulf. Jason Allen reports from Texas and Rob Marciano has the forecast. The chance of a mistrial in the Lindsay Clancy case grew on Tuesday after the jury said they were unable to reach a unanimous verdict, and the judge sent them back to continue deliberating. Clancy is on trial for the killing of her three children. Shanelle Kaul reports from the Massachusetts courthouse and Caroline Polisi has more.
