Flash flooding, water rescues and icy roads are just some of what Americans are contending with today, as extreme weather has people bracing from coast to coast. NBC News' Maggie Vespa has the story. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal, President Trump gave his most extensive comments about his health ever. He said he takes 325 milligrams of aspirin a day. He says he has ignored doctors' advice to lower his dosage because he's been taking the same dose for 25 years and is "superstitious". There was another day of violent clashes between protestors and security forces in Iran. The demonstrations are over the state of Iran's economy, which is plagued by high cost of living and plunging currency. Chaotic video shows people fleeing as flames spread through a packed bar at a Swiss Alps ski resort shortly after midnight, killing dozens and leaving more than 100 injured.
