Описание
In a modern United States riven by cultural and political divisions that's chosen to split itself into two nations, one city, Kansas City, was too evenly divided to align with either side. So it split in two — East K.C., liberal; and West K.C., conservative. A wall was built separating the two (think Berlin.) Absurd misinformation and enmity rage as the two cities aim to undermine each other. In West Kansas City, political heavyweight Ellis Brookmeyer holds sway. His former son-in-law, Ben Graham, lives in East and yearns to be reunited with his daughter Clarissa (who lives in West.) To accomplish this Ben gets involved with an East K.C. intelligence operation, with consequences he can not predict, let alone control.
