Quiana "Que" Broden was not always a vegan, but when she was diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disorder, she knew that she had to make a serious change in her life. Fast forward about seven years when she turned a dream written on a Post-It note into reality. Now she's now the owner of a successful vegan restaurant and cooking school called "The Kitchen."
