Doctor Octopus steals a device made to nullify missiles and Spider-Man must bring him to justice before he can use it for his own nefarious purposes.The Green Goblin uses the magic spells of Blackwell the Magician to commit a series of thefts across the city, and Spider-Man vows to put a stop to the Goblin's magical heists.
