J.R. purchases an oil company from Liz Adams and extracts revenge on LeeAnn De La Vega. James learns the oil business form the master himself. Cliff is appointed Energy Czar, but spilts with Liz when he finds out J.R. bought her company. Michelle's attempts to seduce J.R. prove unsuccessful.
