Pontiac Bandit

Jake convinces Rosa to make a deal with a man she arrested in order for him to finally catch the thief known as the "Pontiac Bandit". Unfortunately things don't go as planned. Meanwhile, the rest of the station deals with Charles, who has returned to work after being shot in the line of duty.
