The Vulture

Jake must accept help from his fellow detectives in order to thwart "The Vulture," a cop from Special Crimes who is infamous for swooping in at the last minute and taking credit for solving unsolvable crimes. Captain Holt has a plan to help Terry regain his weapons certification and he enlists Gina to help him.
