Day one of Hank's statutory rape trial quickly becomes an example of Murphy's law, as even defense witnesses like Charlie and Karen find it difficult to defend Hank's actions and lifestyle. When it is revealed that a drunken Hank and Mia had indeed met prior to them sleeping together, Abby fears the worst for Hank's future.
