Karen's move back to New York proves tough for Hank, as being a single dad is definitely not his strong suit. An increasingly more rebellious Becca causes trouble at school, leading Hank to be invited to a disastrous dinner by one of Becca's teachers. Meanwhile, Charlie and Marcy prepare to divorce. Also, Charlie gets a new job at a talent agency run by the sexually aggressive Sue Collini.
