Rubbish: Battle of the Bins

The UK produces millions of tonnes of waste every year but, for the first time in a decade, recycling rates are falling. With some bins getting smaller - and some councils collecting rubbish less frequently - there is growing concern about the impact it could have on the nation's streets and environment.
