The Gallaghers are trying to figure out a way to keep their home after cousin Patrick gets ownership of it with his own forged will. Meanwhile, Fiona gets a job cleaning an overflowing septic tank with Jimmy; recently returned Karen goes to visit Lip; now that Hymie is gone and Frank is no longer needed, Sheila kicks him out; Kevin and Veronica are still trying for a baby with Carol, who in turn is trying to make things more romantic.
