Fiona tries find a way to get her siblings back home after they were taken away by child protective services; when she can't find Monica, she has no choice but to get Frank sober. Meanwhile, Kevin and Veronica continue to try to have a baby with Carol as their surrogate; with the house to himself, Mickey invites Ian to stay over, but his father, Terry, ends up returning early.
