One morning, during a moment of domestic happiness, Mikoto spontaneously proposes to Sara and she gladly accepts. Meanwhile, Mikoto’s fellow paramedic, Yuki, feeling physically and mentally drained after a series of traumatic cases, considers asking for a transfer out of the emergency unit.
