Hiroumi, a childhood friend, comes to stay with Mikoto and his family for a while. A professional photographer who often travels abroad, Hiroumi invites Sara, a painter, to join him on his next trip. Mikoto feels conflicted but feigns indifference, encouraging Sara to go for the sake of her art.
