Boot Camp challenges help the recruits understand how food gets from the farm to their fork. Chefs Anne Burrell and Carla Hall show them how to make meatless meals, and the recruits are judged on their pairings of seasonal fruit and meat. Then former recruits react to a date night-themed episode of Worst Cooks in America featuring Chef Anne and Chef Bobby Flay as mentors.
