Claire and Cam reach an impasse on a landscaping decision for their flipped house, and call in Cam's lesbian friend Pam to make the deciding vote. Unfortunately for Cam, Claire resorts to her feminine wiles in order to get her way. Meanwhile, Phil attempts to teach the kids basic household skills, Gloria spends some quality time with Manny, and Mitch helps Lily deal with a bully.
