Jay looks forward to days of nothing but relaxing and indulging himself with Gloria. Things change quickly when Jay is reminded how his unhealthy father ended up. Jay spends the rest of the vacation working out, much to Gloria's annoyance. Meanwhile, Phil tries to get romantic with Claire, Cam and Mitchell disagree on what to do, and the kids get up to no good.
