Episode 2

The eight new participants will reproduce Tarte Tatin, a French fruit tart. For that, nothing better than a class with those who really understand the subject: chef Erick Jacquin rolls up his sleeves and teaches the basic steps of this dessert. In the final race, the contestants will have to prepare a perfect hamburger.
