Cowman and Ratboy

Otis and Pip think there is too much crime at the barnyard, so they become superheroes: Otis as Cowman and Pip as Ratboy. After the two save the Pizza Twins from driving off a cliff, they try to get the rest of the animals to become "The Justice Brood."
