's the annual De Laurentiis volleyball tournament and this year Giada is in charge of the food. Giada makes a portable menu of Thyme Pasta Frittata, Perfectly Crunchy Slaw and Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies that travels to Will Rogers State Beach.
