Phil and Kirstie are in the south west of England this week, taking on two sets of hapless house hunters. Ghika and Ronnie have £350,000 to spend on a three or four bedroomed house which must be in Bradford on Avon. That's a tiny search area of less than two square miles - in fact it's one of the smallest search areas Phil's ever had.
