All of today's projects take a lot longer than planned to redevelop - including a property in Axminster in Devon which took four years to complete. The other properties sold under the hammer are a small office crying out to be a home in Basingstoke and a terrace in Birkenhead which can't make up its mind if it is a three- or four-bedroom house.
