A listed building in Brentwood in Essex dating back to the 16th century is sold under the hammer, along with a flat in Halesowen in Birmingham and an end terrace in Northwood in Stoke-on-Trent. Martin Roberts,Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell talk to the new owners and hear their plans. For the owner of the listed building, plans include investing upwards of a million pounds into the project.
