A 1930s semi with a sunny disposition in Chatham in Kent, a piece of land in Tylortown in the Welsh valleys and a mid-terrace in Perry Barr in the Midlands are all sold under the hammer. Martin, Lucy and Dion hear their new owners' plans for their development projects. One takes a few weeks, another several months and one three years to complete.
