Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a house in Teignmouth in need of renovation, a plot of land in Gillingham and a fire-damaged property in Manchester. All of these properties have been sold at auction and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
