Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a large flat in London, a two-bedroomed flat in Exeter, and a building with a wonderful facade on the Isle of Sheppey. All of these properties went to auction, and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
