Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a flat in south London that could benefit from more than just cosmetic surgery, a house in a prime location in Herne Bay and a mid-terrace near a main road in Derby. All of these properties went to auction; Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
