Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a two-bedroom detached bungalow in need of renovation in Derby, a detached house in a sought-after area in Middlesex and a former Baptist chapel in Tunbridge Wells. All of these properties went to auction and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
