Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a flat in Preston with a low guide price, a house in Wiltshire with a surprise and an old terraced house with a few cracks in Staffordshire. All of these properties went to auction and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
