Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a cottage which is lacking something in Cheshire, a lovely property in Kent and a house in Devon that seems too cheap to be true. All these properties went to auction and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
