Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a semi-detached house with a bright colour scheme in Derby, a property with excellent transport links in London and a huge house in Exeter with only two bedrooms. All these properties went to auction, and Martin and Lucy find out who bought them and what they paid when they went under the hammer.
