It's the second night from the competition in Edinburgh, and cafe owner Nutan is hoping her happy-go-lucky attitude will have her laughing all the way to the bank. But she wasn't counting on eagle-eyed Sindiso to scrutinise every aspect of her authentic North-Indian menu, testing her hosting skills to the limit.
