Samaritan finally offers the Machine a face-to-face meeting... by stopping crime in New York City for a day to demonstrate its power. It then unleashes chaos to prove that humanity is flawed. Meanwhile, Reese and Finch struggle to keep up with the escalating Numbers, and Sam chafes at being concealed from Samaritan.
