Nick walks in on Victor and Sharon talking and becomes furious. Victoria proposes to Nick that they should try to find out why Victor has hired Micheal Baldwin together. Micheal threatens to quit working for Victor if he continues to give Micheal no details about his job. Jack is encouraged by Nikki's confidence in Jabot's sucess and that jabot will take Newman down. Damon tells Brad that he can charm Phyllis and coax some Newman secrets out of her.
