The programme comes from Hampshire, where the presenters celebrate the UK's chalk streams. Anita Rani is with the volunteers and the local Wildlife Trust, using novel ways to check for water pollution. She also joins a group of women with breast cancer who have found companionship and support through fly fishing. Matt Baker meets the farmers who are trying different approaches to help stop run-offs from their farms, including one whose water buffalo were causing a bit of a problem.
