Wye Valley

Ellie Harrison and John Craven are in the beautiful Wye Valley on the border of England and south Wales. Ellie faces her fear as she scales a sheer rock pinnacle called the Longstone, before zipping along a wire high above the ground in a risky manoeuvre called a Tyrolean Traverse. John, meanwhile, is on safe ground, finding out about the daily lives of the monks of Tintern Abbey before turning his hand to making their favourite tipple - mead.
