Jimmy reluctantly agrees to deliver a package for 'Joe,' under threat. Frank is looking into a robbery a month earlier where the thieves got away with $50,000 in bonds. On the stakeout, Frank catches Jimmy, but he claims he doesn't know anything. Under pressure, he reveals details of 'Joe', really a career criminal called Flay.
