Drunk And Angry

Officers are on the end of a drunk man's anger when he is pulled over and he's not afraid to tell police just how dangerous he can be. Toddlers and tantrums are synonymous and police are left to deal with one tempestuous two-year-old who is refusing to obey the law. Then, a lawbreaker is caught travelling nearly twice the speed limit. He's got his dinner in the back and it seems he's worried about it getting cold.
