The Importance of Being Phoebe

A now mentally unstable Cole kidnaps Phoebe, and sends a shapeshifter to assume her identity. Cole's objective is to use to the faux-Phoebe to manipulate her sisters into giving Cole ownership of their house, which would allow him access to the source of incredible power known as The Nexus that resides underneath the foundation.
