Turk hires a hot nanny and though both Turk and J.D. are pleased with her, Carla is not. Elliot and the Janitor do their best to cheer up a dying patient, but Dr. Kelso isn't thrilled with their enthusiasm. Meanwhile, Nurse Roberts and Dr. Cox debate whether or not "everything happens for a reason".
